Happy New Year Everyone! I hope that your 2018 is filled with many exciting opportunities and unforgettable moments!

I am extremely grateful for the memories I have made in 2017. The year was filled with career and personal highlights! I had the unforgettable opportunity of entertaining the troops and their families at the Canadian Forces Base in Wainwright, Alberta on Canada Day. This was an incredible honour and a reminder of how grateful I am for our Canadian military and all that they do for our country.
In July, I left for a tour in France and Iceland with the mulit-talented, Prescott Brown, and CCMA nominee, Tristan Horncastle. The American Tours Festival, in Tours France, was extremely fun and I quickly learned how much the French enjoy line dancing! Upon returning from Europe, I started the Canadian Pacific, Canada 150 Train, tour that performed from Vancouver to Montreal, celebrating Canada’s 150th Birthday. On this tour, I had the honour of playing with Juno and CCMA Award Winner, Dean Brody, and internationally acclaimed hoop dancer, Dallas Arcand. It was an incredible experience!

….and to top off my summer, I married my best friend at our family farm in Kemble. How lucky am I?!

I am so excited for what 2018 will bring and I will do my best to keep you all up to date on my website! In addition to performing this year, I will also be doing a lot of teaching and recording. If you are interested in learning to play fiddle or step dancing, I will be teaching out of our home in Brantford, ON., as well, I have a home recording studio if you’re looking to add fiddle/strings to your recordings!
I always love to hear from you, so please drop me a line to say hi! 🙂
